RLE Loan Documents definition
RLE Loan Documents means the $25,000,000 Amended and Restated Senior First Lien Secured Credit Agreement between Rampant Lion Energy, LLC and Macquarie Bank Limited dated September 14, 2006, as amended, supplemented or modified from time to time (the “RLE Credit Agreement”), as well as all “Loan Documents” as defined therein.

For avoidance of doubt, notwithstanding any other provision in the RLE Loan Documents or the Loan Documents to the contrary and any payment in full of the Obligations under the RLE Loan Documents, the Borrower and each other Obligor hereby agree that the Security Documents in support of the RLE Loan Documents will remain in full force and effect to secure the Obligations under the Loan Documents, until such Obligations have been paid in full.
