RMT Transactions definition
RMT Transactions means, collectively, the Separation, the Distribution, the Combination, the Cash Payment to Pfizer and the other transactions contemplated by the Business Combination Agreement or the Separation and Distribution Agreement.
RMT Transactions means the Merger and the other transactions contemplated by the Merger Agreement, the Separation and Distribution Agreement and the other RMT Transaction Documents (including the RMT Financing Transactions).
