RNI Software definition

RNI Software identifies the Sensus proprietary software used in the RNI and any Patches, Updates, and Upgrades that are provided to Customer pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
RNI Software identifies the Contractor proprietary software used in the RNI and any Patches, Updates, and Upgrades that are provided to City pursuant to the terms of this Agreement. Software as a Service (“SaaS”). This term refers to the Contractor software provided to the City through an annual subscription. The software is installed in the Contractor data center and made available to City via internet connection. This software includes the Sensus Regional Network Interface (“RNI”) software.

  • Licensed Software includes error corrections, upgrades, enhancements or new releases, and any deliverables due under a maintenance or service contract (e.g., patches, fixes, PTFs, programs, code or data conversion, or custom programming).

  • Proprietary Software means computer software developed for and owned by the Failed Bank for its own purpose and use.

  • Computer software means computer programs, source code, source code listings, object code listings, design details, algorithms, processes, flow charts, formulae, and related material that would enable the software to be reproduced, recreated, or recompiled. Computer software does not include computer databases or computer software documentation.
