JAC or its assigns shall cause to be constructed certain portions of Road 1 or Road 2 following final approval, execution, and recordation of the first subdivision plat for any portion(s) of the FDP Properties for which access is provided by Road 1 or Road 2, respectively.
Road 2 is only required to be completed and dedicated to the Town at the time of dedication of Road 1 only if Road 1 and the bridge over the Union Pacific Railroad right-of-way are constructed and dedicated to the Town.
Such portions of Road 1 or Road 2 shall be completed prior to the Town’s issuance of any building permits for structures to be accessed xxx Xxxx 0 or Road 2, respectively.
Road 1 and Road 2 may be constructed in phases, so long as those portions of Road 1 and Road 2 which are necessary to serve any structures are completed prior to the issuance of building permits for such structures.

Subject to the Town’s approval, JAC or assigns shall redesign the three-way intersection connection between Road 2 and Timber Drive at the time of subdivision platting that portion of the FDP Properties that contains that intersection.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, however, Road 2 is required to be constructed and completed at or before completion of the Road 1 bridge over the Union Pacific Railroad right-of-way.
