Road Access definition

Road Access means both the “permitted road access location” and the “road access works” as specified in Schedule 6 Section 3 and 62 of the Transport Infrastructure Act 1994.
Road Access means that portion of the road allowance under the jurisdiction of the Municipality more particularly described in Schedule “B”;
Road Access means direct access to a ROAD from a lot, or lawful means of access satisfactory to the Subdivision Authority.
