Road or Roads definition

Road or Roads means the carriageway and footways including any on and off-site highway drainage street lighting traffic signals landscaping service strips signs lines vehicular crossings and all other things ancillary thereto as shown on Dedication Drawings
Road or Roads means and refer to any street or thoroughfare which is constructed by Declarant, and which may or may not be dedicated to the Association or governmental agency as hereinafter described, whether same is designated, for example, by way of illustration and not as limitation, as a street, avenue, boulevard, drive, place, court, road, terrace, way, circle, lane, walk or similar designation.

  • If the Council takes action under this clause such action shall not in any way prejudice the Council from taking further action under clauses 16 or 17 of this Agreement should any further work subsequently be done in or for the purpose of erecting any building adjoining the Road or Roads.
