Road Traffic Acts definition

Road Traffic Acts means all road traffic acts, including but not limited to, the Road Traffic Acts 1961 to 2006, the Road Traffic and Transport Act 2006, the Roads Acts 1920 and 1993, the Finance Acts 1960 and 1976, the Finance (Excise Duties) (Vehicles) Act 1952 and the Road Safety Authority Act 2006.
Road Traffic Acts means the Road Traffic Acts 1961-2016 as amended to from time to time and all regulations made there under.
Road Traffic Acts means any current Act, Law or Regulation which governs the driving, use or ownership of any motor vehicle in the Great Britain, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the island of Guernsey, the island of Jersey and the island of Alderney.

For this purpose, Local Traffic does not include any ISP-Bound Traffic.

  • HIPAA Regulations means the regulations promulgated under HIPAA by the United States Department of Health and Human Services, including, but not limited to, 45 C.F.R. Part 160 and 45 C.F.R. Part 164.

  • Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons list maintained by the Office of Foreign Assets Control of the United States Department of the Treasury found at: xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx/ofac/downloads/sdnlist.pdf;

  • Interconnection Regulations means the Telecommunication (Broadcasting and Cable) Services Interconnection (Addressable Systems) Regulations, 2017 (as amended).

  • ISP-Bound Traffic means Telecommunications traffic, in accordance with the FCC’s Order on Remand and Report and Order, In the Matter of Implementation of the Local Compensation Provisions in the Telecommunications Act of 1996, Intercarrier Compensation for ISP-Bound Traffic, FCC 01-131, CC Docket Nos. 96-98, 99-68 (rel. April, 27, 2001) (“FCC ISP Compensation Order”), “ISP-Bound Traffic” shall mean Telecommunications traffic exchanged between CLEC and AT&T-21STATE in which the originating End User of one Party and the ISP served by the other Party are:

  • OFAC Sanctions Programs means all laws, regulations, and Executive Orders administered by OFAC, including without limitation, the Bank Secrecy Act, anti-money laundering laws (including, without limitation, the Uniting and Strengthening America by Providing Appropriate Tools Required to Intercept and Obstruct Terrorism Act of 2001, Pub. L. 107-56 (a/k/a the USA Patriot Act)), and all economic and trade sanction programs administered by OFAC, any and all similar United States federal laws, regulations or Executive Orders, and any similar laws, regulators or orders adopted by any State within the United States.

  • Transit Traffic means traffic originating on CLEC’s network that is switched and transported by AT&T-TSP and delivered to a Third Party Terminating Carrier’s network or traffic from a Third Party Originating Carrier’s network. A call that is originated or terminated by a CLEC purchasing local switching pursuant to a commercial agreement with AT&T-TSP is not considered Transit Traffic for the purposes of this Attachment. Additionally Transit Traffic does not include traffic to/from IXCs.
