Roadhouse definition

Roadhouse means Texas Roadhouse, Inc., a Delaware corporation.
Roadhouse means premises that has direct access to a State road other than a freeway and which provides the services or facilities provided by a freeway service centre and may provide any of the following facilities or services
Roadhouse. Distinctive Dining, Inc. (d/b/a Original Roadhouse Grill), a Delaware corporation.

  • As used in this Agreement, “Company” shall include the Company and each corporation, limited liability company, partnership, or other entity that is controlled by Texas Roadhouse, Inc., or is under common control with the Texas Roadhouse, Inc.

  • Mere ownership, whether through direct or indirect stock holdings or otherwise, of 1% or less of a business shall not constitute a violation of the restriction in Section 11(b)(i) above, unless a greater amount is approved in writing by the Board and the Chairman of Texas Roadhouse, Inc.

  • In furtherance of the foregoing, (A) Executive acknowledges and agrees that Executive has read, understands, and agrees to be bound by the terms of that certain Texas Roadhouse, Inc.
