Roads Corporation definition

Roads Corporation means the Roads Corporation established under Part II; S. 2(1) def. of "Secretary" inserted by No. 60/1994 s. 4, amended by No. 28/1996 s. 4(b)(ii).

This definition also includes ANC direct and indirect subsidiary corporations, joint ventures, and partnerships that meet the requirements of 43 U.S.C. 1626(e)(2).
