Applications through UPI in the Offer can be made only through the SCSBs mobile applications (apps) whose name appears on the SEBI website. A list of SCSBs and mobile applications, which, are live for applying in public issues using UPI mechanism is provided as Annexure ‘A’ to the SEBI circular no.   • Regulatory Filings means any and all regulatory applications, filings, approvals and associated correspondence required to Develop, manufacture, market, sell and import Products in, or into, each country or jurisdiction in the Territory.
