Securities Exchange means, at any time, the registered national securities exchange on which the Corporation’s equity securities are then principally listed or traded, which shall be either the New York Stock Exchange or NASDAQ Global Market (or similar national quotation system of the NASDAQ Stock Market) (“NASDAQ”) or any successor exchange of either the New York Stock Exchange or NASDAQ.
National Securities Exchange means an exchange registered with the Commission under Section 6(a) of the Exchange Act or any successor thereto.
Securities Exchange Act means the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
Futures Exchange means the exchange or trading system with the highest trading volume of options or futures contracts relating to the Share. If options or futures contracts on the Share are not traded on any exchange, the Futures Exchange shall be the options or futures exchange with the highest amount of options or futures contracts relating to shares of companies having their residence in the country in which the Company has its residence. If there is no options or futures exchange in the country in which the Company has its residence on which options or futures contracts on shares are traded, the Calculation Agent will determine the Futures Exchange in its reasonable discretion (billiges Ermessen) (§ 317 BGB) and will make notification thereof in accordance with § 6 of the General Terms.
Stock Exchanges means BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited;
Recognised Futures Exchange means an international futures exchange which is recognised by the SFC or which is approved by the Manager.
Securities Exchange Act of 1934 means the United States Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as from time to time amended.
Hague Securities Convention means the Hague Convention on the Law Applicable to Certain Rights in Respect of Securities held with an Intermediary (concluded July 5, 2006).
Stock Exchange Rules means the applicable rules of any stock exchange upon which Shares are listed;
NASDAQ means the Nasdaq National Market.
Securities Trading Act means the Securities Trading Act of 2007 no.75 of the Relevant Jurisdiction.
NYSE means the New York Stock Exchange.
Relevant Stock Exchange for the Fund means the primary exchange or quotation system on which shares (or other applicable securities) of the Fund are traded, as determined by the Calculation Agent.
Irish Stock Exchange means the Irish Stock Exchange Limited.
U.S. Exchange Act means the United States Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, and the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder;
Stock Market means a securities market operated by a securities exchange;
Exchange Rules means the listing rules of The OTC Marketplace.
Approved Stock Exchange means the New York Stock Exchange, NASDAQ or such other stock exchange in the United States of America, the United Kingdom or Hong Kong as is approved in writing by the Facility Agent or, in each case, any successor thereto.
Primary Exchange means, with respect to each Index constituent or each constituent underlying a Successor Index, the primary exchange or market of trading such Index constituent or such constituent underlying a Successor Index.
NYSE MKT means the NYSE MKT LLC.
Israeli Securities Law means the Israeli Securities Law, 5728-1968, as amended, and the regulations promulgated thereunder.
Stock Exchange The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited
HK Stock Exchange means The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited;
Determining Futures Exchangei means the options and/or futures exchange, on which respective derivatives of the respective Basket Componenti (the "Derivatives") are mostly liquidly traded, such options and/or futures exchange shall be determined by the Calculation Agent acting in accordance with relevant market practice and in good faith, by way of notice pursuant to § 6 of the General Conditions.In the case of a material change in the market conditions at the Determining Futures Exchangei, such as a final discontinuation of derivatives' quotation linked to the respective Basket Componenti at the Determining Futures Exchangei, or a considerably restricted number or liquidity, it shall be substituted as the Determining Futures Exchangei by another options and/or futures exchange that offers satisfactorily liquid trading in the Derivatives (the "Substitute Futures Exchangei"); such options and/or futures exchange shall be determined by the Calculation Agent acting in accordance with relevant market practice and in good faith. In the event of such substitution, any reference to the Determining Futures Exchangei in these Terms and Conditions of these Securities shall from then on be deemed to refer to the Substitute Futures Exchangei.
ASX Listing Rules means the official listing rules of the ASX.
Designated Stock Exchange Rules means the relevant code, rules and regulations, as amended, from time to time, applicable as a result of the original and continued listing of any Shares or ADSs on the Designated Stock Exchange;
