Extended Coverage is meant to provide additional wireless coverage within Canada, outside of the Rogers Wireless Network, without incurring roaming charges.

All transmissions due to the Rogers Wireless Network on the air link are not included in the count of application resent packets as the usage records are picked up by the network after the air link retransmissions.
The User acknowledges and agrees that Rogers has the right to, in its discretion and without notice, make changes to any aspect of the Rogers Wireless Network from time to time.
This means your end-user would still be able to call and text even in areas where the Rogers Wireless Network coverage is limited, such as office buildings, factories and plants, as long as the device is configured to use a Wi-Fi connection.
