Roll-out Period definition

Roll-out Period means either the "Publishing Mail Roll-out Period" or the "Business Mail Roll-out Period", as applicable to the specific Incentive, as explained in paragraph 8.1 below;

Roll-out Period means the period of six (6) months, or other agreed term, following the effective date of a Contract, in which Customer shall make the Vessel(s) available for installation and Commissioning. If the installation or Commissioning is not performed during the agreed Roll Out Period, for reasons attributable to Customer, Precision Infocomm may start invoicing the agreed Monthly Fee.
