Rolling Cash Flow Forecast definition
Rolling Cash Flow Forecast means the rolling cash flow forecasts for the period of 13 weeks beginning on the first day of each month for the TCN Group and the Telewest Global Group in the agreed form;
Rolling Cash Flow Forecast means the Initial Cash Flow Forecast, together with each Forecast Extension thereto delivered in accordance with Section 8.01(m)(vii)."
Rolling Cash Flow Forecast has the meaning ascribed to it on Annex F.
