Roof system definition

Roof system means the same as defined in section 103A.71.

Roof system is defined as the Manufacturer furnished roof panels, flashing and related items used to fasten the roof panels and flashing to the roof structure (including roof jack and curb attachments preapproved, in writing, by Manufacturer). “Date of Substantial Completion” is the date that installation of the Roof System by the Roofing Contractor is sufficiently complete so that the roof can be utilized for the intended purpose.
