rooftop terrace definition

rooftop terrace means that certain area of the rooftop located on the eight (8th) floor of the Building as depicted as the cross-hatched area on Exhibit Q attached hereto.
rooftop terrace means a horizontal platform that is located on top of a building or a portion of a building, is intended for use as an outdoor amenity space, is located above the first storey and may project from a façade of the building, but does not project beyond any façade of the building.

Examples of rooftop terrace in a sentence

  • The square footage of the Rooftop Terrace shall not be included in the calculation of the rentable square footage of the Premises.

  • Landlord shall provide Tenant with plans (“Rooftop Plans”) for the Rooftop Terrace (with total associated costs on a line-item basis).

  • Tenant shall have the right to either approve the Rooftop Plans, or propose additional options for such Rooftop Terrace for Landlord’s approval, not to be unreasonably withheld.

  • Except for Tenant’s (and its employees and invitees) use of, and access to, the Rooftop Terrace being constructed by Landlord on Building J in accordance with Section 44.2(a) below, and except as set forth in Section 44.2(b) below, Tenant shall have no right to use the roof of either Building.

  • Landlord shall be responsible for the costs associated with the design, permitting (including any necessary governmental approvals) and construction of the Rooftop Terrace (collectively, the “Terrace Costs”), up to a maximum amount of $350,000.

Related to rooftop terrace

  • Parking Garage means a building or portion of a building, other than a private garage, that is used for the temporary parking of motor vehicles;

  • Communications Equipment means the communications equipment of the Licensee and its affiliates, including, without limitation, cabinets, racks, electronic equipment and other similar equipment.

  • Network Area means the 50 mile radius around the local school campus the Named Insured is attending.

  • Building site means a plot of land held for building purposes, whether any building is actually erected thereupon or not, and includes the open ground or courtyard enclosed by, or adjacent to, any building erected thereupon;
