Room Block. The Hotel has agreed to block the following room types & quantity to the Group, beginning on the Arrival Date and concluding on the Departure Date stated above, equaling the No. of Guest Rooms Requested identified above: NS Standard King 0 Standard Suite 0 Extended Stay Suite

Examples of Room Block in a sentence

  • All reservations requested after the Cut-off Date or outside the Room Block must be confirmed by Hotel and will be accepted on a space available basis at the group room rate.

  • All unreserved rooms not guaranteed in writing at that time shall be released from the Room Block by Hotel without charge to NCAA or ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Travel.

  • If you have not guaranteed or prepaid such rooms, you agree that Hotel may offer unused sleeping rooms held in your Room Block to other customers to reduce Hotel’s losses.

  • You agree that the release of rooms will not affect the enforceability of this Agreement or your obligation to pay for unsold rooms in your Room Block.

  • If a guest who has requested a room within your Room Block checks out prior to the guest's reserved checkout date, the Hotel will add an early checkout fee to that guest's individual account (currently, $<amount>).

  • Should it appear at that time that the actual number of attendees will fall below the attendance we expect based upon your reserved Room Block, the Hotel reserves the right to assign alternate meeting space commensurate with your reduced space needs as indicated by your attendees' requests for room assignments.

  • Should it appear in advance of your Event that the actual number of attendees will fall below the attendance we expect based upon your reserved Room Block, we reserve the right to assign alternate meeting/function space commensurate with your reduced space needs as indicated by your attendees' requests for bedroom assignments.

  • In order to assign specific room types to your attendees, each sleeping room in your Room Block must be confirmed in the manner described below no later than «Release_Date».

  • We will make no more than one commission payment of 10%, which we estimate will equal $<amount> if your entire Room Block is actualized at the minimum room rates.

  • Time Block means a time block of 15 minutes, for which specified electrical parameters and quantities are recorded by special energy meter, with first time block starting at 00.00 hrs;
