If Customer is accessing Mobile Banking using one of the Mobile Banking Apps, Customer will be guided through a registration process the first time Customer opens the Mobile Banking App. During the registration process, Customer will enter Customer’s mobile phone number and Security Code as well as any other information Bank requires to authenticate Customer’s identity. Also during the registration process, the person registering will be required to agree to an End User License Agreement (“▇▇▇▇”) provided by Bank’s Vendor. Customer acknowledges and agrees that the ▇▇▇▇ is a legal agreement between the user and the Vendor only, and that Customer’s use of Mobile Banking in relation to the Bank continues to be governed by this Booklet.
