Rotating Shift A Rotating Shift is any base schedule which includes different start times within either the afternoon or night shifts within a work week.
Employees in classifications covered by the DWR Rotating Shift Operations Policy who regularly work rotating shifts shall be paid a shift differential when the shifts are scheduled during the qualifying hours listed below and the employee works the scheduled shift.
