Route Miles definition

Route Miles means the actual miles traversed by the Commercial Fibers (including spurs) based on the "as-built" drawings described in Section 6.12.

Route Miles means, for each Segment, the actual number of route miles, or portion thereof, for such Segment as constructed.

Route Miles means the actual miles traversed by the Cable along the Route (including spurs) based on the As-builts.

Examples of Route Miles in a sentence

• Subject to Section 6 hereof, the Secured Party's security interest in the Short Term Indivisible IRU shall terminate upon the Secured Party's Acceptance of 10,000 Route Miles along the Available System.

• Notwithstanding the foregoing, however, commencing in respect of any completed portion of the Available System, after the date on which such completed portion of the Available System shall have been completed, the length of the Short-Term Indivisible IRU shall not exceed the excess, if any, of 10,000 Route Miles over the number of completed Route Miles on the Available System Accepted by the Secured Party.

More Definitions of Route Miles

Route Miles means, with respect to an IRU Route Order, the actual miles traversed by the Cable (including spurs) along the Route under this Agreement and/or such IRU Route Order.

Route Miles means the actual number of route miles, or portion thereof, for the Grantor System as constructed.

Route Miles means the actual miles traversed by the Fiber Optic Cable Facilities along the Route (measured in statute miles); provided that Route Miles in urban networks of one hundred (100) miles or less may be approximated and do not necessarily reflect the actual Route Miles of the System

Route Miles means the actual distance in miles over the ----------- Parties' facilities which are utilized to provide Service to the Customer.
