Routine Contract definition

Routine Contract means a recurring written agreement entered into at least more than twice in any particular fiscal year between YASR and the same person or entity whereby the terms of such agreement with the possible exception of price and/or quantity have not changed from the initial agreement approved by the Business Board for that same person or entity other than the date of the agreement and the quantity and/or price of the services or products provided therein.
