Routine home care definition

Routine home care means hospice services provided in a patient’s residence to a patient who does not require nursing services to be available 24 hours a day.
Routine home care means, for purposes of this regulation, the level of care a patient/family receives according to the interdisciplinary team's plan of care each day the patient is at home and not receiving continuous home care.
