Routine Repairs and Maintenance definition
Routine Repairs and Maintenance means repairs, replacements, corrections and maintenance items to the Managed Properties as shall be required in the normal and ordinary course of operation of the Managed Properties other than Capital Improvements.
Routine Repairs and Maintenance means general day to day minor maintenance that might reasonable arise during the course of a tenancy at an otherwise well maintained property in good order
Routine Repairs and Maintenance means any repairs or maintenance of the Convention Center which in the reasonable judgment of CCC could have been done by Convention Center Employees or when an amount on any individual item is Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) or less, or which is covered by any insurance policy or which are necessitated as a result from the act or omission of Management Company, its employees, agents, officers, or subcontractors.
Examples of Routine Repairs and Maintenance in a sentence
Each year, as part of the Annual Plan and Operating Budget delivered to Owner, Manager shall propose and prepare a budget for expected and reasonably necessary Routine Repairs and Maintenance.
The cost of such Routine Repairs and Maintenance shall be paid from Gross Revenues.
Article V, Section 5.1.1 is deleted in its entirety and replaced as with the followings: “Section 5.1.1 Carolina shall provide all custodial and Routine Repairs and Maintenance services without limitation to maintain the Theatre and FF&E in good repair and condition and in conformity with all requirements, and shall make or cause to be made Routine Repairs and Maintenance.
