Routine Services definition

Routine Services means services that are designed to alleviate symptoms, to stabilize, sustain and facilitate progress toward behavioral health. These services do not meet the definition of urgent or emergent care.

Routine Services means services that are considered routine in the freestanding PRTF setting. Routine services include, but are not limited to:

Routine Services means bed, board and all medical, nursing and other support services usually provided to an inpatient by a psychiatric inpatient hospital. Routine services do not include hospital-based ancillary services or physician or psychologist services.

More Definitions of Routine Services

Routine Services means regular room, dietary and nursing services, minor medical and surgical supplies, and the use of equipment and facilities.

Routine Services shall have the meaning set forth in ---------------- Section 10 of Exhibit F to this Agreement. Run of Service Advertising (ROS). To the extent applicable, AOL shall place MP's creative in different locations throughout the AOL Network in accordance with AOL internal policies. Run of Service Impressions shall be delivered in accordance with the monthly targets on Exhibit A over the applicable time period. MP may not control placement of such Run of Service Advertising and AOL does not guarantee placement thereof on any particular screen or group of screens. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, AOL shall (i) use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver the Run of Service Impressions in accordance with the targets set forth on Exhibit A of this Agreement, and (ii) not deliver any Run of Service Impressions in the following areas: teens, love@AOL, or international. In the event that MP reasonably believes that a disproportionate number of the Run of Service Advertising is being delivered in any one subchannel of the AOL Network, then Parties shall meet to discuss the manner in which AOL will attempt to rectify such imbalance.

Routine Services means all Services and maintenance, including preventive maintenance and the monitoring of all equipment and systems required to assure the continuous and effective operation of the Ordot Closure Facility meeting or exceeding all of the environmental requirements for a closed disposal facility. Routine Services shall also include complete documentation of all Routine Services and Non-Routine Services.
