Royalty Tax definition

Royalty Tax means the withholding tax, including any and all income and business taxes, and any other taxes applicable to payment of the Royalty to JCE for which T2 Entertainment has a withholding obligation under relevant PRC tax laws and regulations.
Royalty Tax means the taxes levied by the government on Royalty.
Royalty Tax the consideration created by Peruvian Law No. 28258, as amended by Peruvian Law No. 28323 and as may be amended from time to time, and regulated by Peruvian Supreme Decree No. 157-2004-EF, as clarified and complemented by Peruvian Supreme Decree No. 18-2005-EF and as may be amended from time to time.
