RPA observer definition
RPA observer means a trained and competent person designated by the operator who, by visual observation of the remotely piloted aircraft, assists the remote pilot in the safe conduct of the flight;
RPA observer means a trained and competent person designated by the operator of an RPA who, by visual observation of the RPA, assists the remote pilot in the safe conduct of the flight;”;
RPA observer means a trained and competent person designated by the operator who, by visual observation of a RPA, or a RPA system, assesses the remote pilot in the safe conduct of the flight, and for such purposes, the observer may be an inspector, authorised officer or authorised person designated by the Executive Director; and
