RPI Change definition

RPI Change means an increase or a decrease as described in clause 4.7; RPI Rate means the “RPI Percentage change over 12 months: monthly rate” announced by the Office for National Statistics in Janu- ary 2014 or thereafter announced in the February preceding an RPI Change; SIM Card means a subscriber identity module supplied to the Customer by Company; SMS and/or MMS means the short message service and Value Added Mobile
RPI Change means an increase or a decrease as described in clause 6.5;
RPI Change has the meaning given in clause 6.1 of these General Conditions;

Examples of RPI Change in a sentence

  • By way of example, if the RPI rate announced in the February preceding the RPI Change was 5% and your bill is £25.00, your monthly price would increase to £26.25 i.e., £25.00 x 0.05=£1.25 + £25.00 = £26.25.

  • In relation to all Customers (including, for the avoidance of doubt, Specified Customers) the Company will increase the Charges for Service(s) each year, during April, by the RPI Rate (an RPI Change) or otherwise to reflect change in prices, tariffs, terms or otherwise made or imposed by any third party supplier of Company or a regulatory body.

  • Price changes Each year your Monthly Fees will be subject to an annual adjustment by the RPI Rate, (which could be an increase or a decrease) and be announced in the February preceding the RPI Change, and the adjusted amount will appear on your April bill.

  • The RPI Change and any other increase to our Charges is necessary so that we can continue to provide you with the Service to the standards set out in paragraph 15.1 and/or because our costs have increased in a manner which is wholly or partly outside of our control.
