By way of example, if the RPI rate announced in the February preceding the RPI Change was 5% and your bill is £25.00, your monthly price would increase to £26.25 i.e., £25.00 x 0.05=£1.25 + £25.00 = £26.25.
In relation to all Customers (including, for the avoidance of doubt, Specified Customers) the Company will increase the Charges for Service(s) each year, during April, by the RPI Rate (an RPI Change) or otherwise to reflect change in prices, tariffs, terms or otherwise made or imposed by any third party supplier of Company or a regulatory body.
Price changes Each year your Monthly Fees will be subject to an annual adjustment by the RPI Rate, (which could be an increase or a decrease) and be announced in the February preceding the RPI Change, and the adjusted amount will appear on your April bill.
