Examples of RRI Interest in a sentence
The Purchaser intends to sell the Non-Registered Certificates (other than the RRI Interest) to WFS, MLPF&S, MS&C, Academy and Drexel (collectively in such capacity, the “Initial Purchasers”) pursuant to a certificate purchase agreement, dated as of the date hereof (the “Certificate Purchase Agreement”), between the Purchaser, ▇▇▇▇▇ Fargo Bank, National Association and the Initial Purchasers.
The parties acknowledge and agree that the RRI Interest is equal to at least 5% of the fair market value of the Securities.
