RTA Small Claims Protocol definition

RTA Small Claims Protocol means the Pre-Action Protocol for Personal Injury Claims below the Small Claims Limit in Road Traffic Accidents;

Examples of RTA Small Claims Protocol in a sentence

  • The relevant Court Pack is the Court Pack as agreed by the compensator in accordance with section 12 of the RTA Small Claims Protocol.
