RTA Small Claims Protocol. “Search Data” means the Pre-action Protocol for Low Value Personal Injury Claims in Road Traffic Accidents; means the Pre-Action Protocol for Personal Injury Claims below the Small Claims Limit in Road Traffic Accidents; means the data about the Claimant which is input into the MedCo Database by the Authorised User to generate the Provider Data;
