RTS Construction Drawings definition
RTS Construction Drawings means any or all of the RTS Proposed Schematics, the RTS Approved Schematics, the RTS DDDs, the RTS 50% CDs, and/or the RTS Final CDs, as the context requires, each of which shall be prepared by the RTS Architect (or, to the extent applicable hereunder, the RTS Substitute Architect), subject to and in accordance with the terms hereof and each of which shall be subject to the approval of Landlord as if the same were (and in the same manner and subject to the limitations contained in Section 13.01 hereof for the approval of) Tenant Changes hereunder, which approval (A) shall not be unreasonably withheld, (B) shall not be required as it relates to the aesthetics and/or design (but the implementation of such design shall be subject to such approval) and (C) to the extent reasonably required by Landlord, shall include the review and approval thereof by the Building Engineer.
