Law or Regulation means the law or regulation of any jurisdiction, domestic or foreign, or any agreement entered into with or between Authorities; “Payment Infrastructure Provider” refers to a third party that forms part of the global payment system infrastructure, including without limitation communications, clearing or payment systems, intermediary banks and correspondent banks;
Regulations means the Regulations made under the West Bengal Housing Industry Regulation Act, 2017;
the 2000 Regulations means the Water Supply (Water Quality) Regulations 2000(b); "the 2001 Regulations" means the Water Supply (Water Quality) Regulations 2001(c);
Transfer Regulations means the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006;
SEBI Regulations means the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 together with the circulars issued thereunder, including any statutory modification(s) or re-enactment(s) thereof for the time being in force.
TUPE Regulations means the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006, as amended.
Rules means the West Bengal Housing Industry Regulation Rules, 2018 made under the West Bengal Housing Industry Regulation Act, 2017;
State Fiscal Rules means the fiscal rules promulgated by the Colorado State Controller pursuant to §24-30-202(13)(a), C.R.S.
OFAC Regulations means the regulations promulgated by OFAC, as amended from time to time.
Takeover regulations means the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011 and any amendments thereto;
Applicable Regulations As to any Mortgage Loan, all federal, state and local laws, statutes, rules and regulations applicable thereto.
FCC Regulations means the regulations duly and lawfully promulgated by the FCC, as in effect from time to time.
Ordinance means the Companies Ordinance, 1984.
CFTC Regulations means the rules and regulations promulgated by the CFTC, as amended.
Regulation CF means Regulation Crowdfunding promulgated under the Securities Act.
EEA Regulations means the Immigration (European Economic Area) Regulations 2006.
the 2012 Regulations means the Council Tax Reduction Schemes (Prescribed Requirements) (England) Regulations 2012;
