Run-Off Election definition

Run-Off Election means a Special Election held to determine the result of a tie in a previous election. The Run-Off Election shall only consist of the tied Candidates or ballot issues.
Run-Off Election means an election following the result of the first ballot where no candidate obtains an absolute majority.
Run-Off Election means in the event there is a tie vote for an elected position. If a Run-Off Election has been determined, only those eligible voters listed in the poll book as of the date of the election shall be allowed to vote.

  • In all other situations, Run-Off Election and Stand-Alone Election Fee Schedules set forth in Exhibit “B” control.
