Rush Orders definition

Rush Orders means such orders as identified in all Statement of Work Exhibits to this Agreement. f) "Standard Orders" shall mean such orders as identified in all Statement of Work Exhibits to this Agreement. g) "Supplier" shall include all agents, officers, directors, representatives and employees of Northstar Computuer Forms, Inc. h) "Start-up Date" shall mean January 01,2000-the date the supplier will begin filling orders. I) "Performance Standards" shall mean such performance criteria as defined in all Statement of Work Exhibits to this Agreement.

Examples of Rush Orders in a sentence

  • Rush Orders may be negotiated at the time of the request due to unique circumstances such as file size, further expediting the request, etc.

  • SMC shall pay all relevant cost and expenses related to such Rush Orders that have been pre-approved in writing by SMC.

  • No penalties shall be imposed on ABLECOM for delivery delays on such Rush Orders.

  • The parties shall negotiate in good faith the prices for Rush Orders, taking into consideration Jabil’s available inventory and additional personnel expense.

  • In the event of urgent needs from the market, SMC may issue Rush Orders, the lead-time for which shall be acknowledged by both parties and accepted in writing by ABLECOM.

  • Jabil shall use Commercially Reasonable Efforts to fill Rush Orders.

  • Synnex shall use its commercially diligent efforts to fill Rush Orders.

  • Vendor’s failure to fulfill such Rush Orders shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement.

  • SELLER shall use commercially reasonable efforts to fill Rush Orders.

  • Rush Orders received by Harl▇▇▇ ▇▇▇er 11:00 AM Pacific time will be produced and shipped the following Business Day.

Related to Rush Orders

  • Tariff Order means the Telecommunication (Broadcasting and Cable) Services (Eighth) (Addressable Systems) Tariff Order, 2017;
