S ection 10. In the event a liberal leave policy is in effect at the time, the supervisor shall administer leave requests in accordance with the policy. S ection 11: Employee requests for annual leave on their birthday shall be approved, provided the workload permits and the employee has accrued annual leave.
S ection 10. An individual who transfers from employment with the City of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ without interruption in service to a position covered by this Agreement or any other ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Teachers Association Bargaining Agreement with the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ School Committee shall be credited with any sick leave credit earned by such employee while an employee of the City of ▇▇▇▇▇▇. ● Effective September 1, 2019, implement new Parental Leave Policy. Replace Article 9 with below; modify eligibility for Sick Leave Bank, Article 5, Section 11, as below; delete Article 6, Section 4.
S ection 10. An employee has the responsibility of notifying the drug testing laboratory of any administrative or civil action brought pursuant to Chapter 440, Florida Statutes. The lab will maintain the sample until the case or administrative appeal is settled.
