S Shares definition

S Shares means the S Shares in the capital of the Company, the rights of which are to be set out in the New Articles and which are to be allotted to Santander (or a wholly owned member of its Group) in accordance with Clause 4;
S Shares shall have the meaning set forth in the Company’s Governing Instruments.
S Shares has the meaning set forth in Section 7.3(b).

S Shares means the special situation shares issued or purportedly issued by SPhinX Ltd, SMFL and SMFF in satisfaction or purported satisfaction of Redemption Requests;
