SaaS Service definition

SaaS Service means the SaaS Software as deployed and hosted by Licensor on the AWS Service infrastructure, any software and other technology provided or made accessible by Licensor that Buyer is required or has the option to use in order to access, receive and use the SaaS Software as hosted by Licensor, including any software or technology that Buyer is required or has the option to install, operate and use on Buyer’s systems for its use of the SaaS Software, and all related services, functions or responsibilities of Licensor inherent in, and necessary for, the proper performance of such software-as-a-service.
SaaS Service means the API which will be used in conjunction with the Customer’s proprietary Application to process scanned images; SaaS Subscription Fee means a fee for use of the SaaS service; Services means the services provided by Pentana Solutions to the Customer pursuant to the SLA including but not limited to Maintenance Services and Professional Services delivered by Pentana under and specified in the Agreements;
SaaS Service means Sysdig’s hosted service solution as specified on an Order Form, available at xxx.xxxxxx.xxx.

  • Customer may also disclose the Confidential Information comprised of the SAAS Service, Software and Documentation to its Permitted Users and such Permitted Users will be deemed Customer’s Representatives, in accordance with Article 2 and the preceding sentence.

  • Recipient’s obligations under this Section 6.2 will continue in effect for a period of three (3) years from the date of last disclosure of Confidential Information by Discloser, except that Customer’s obligations under this Article 6 will continue in effect for 5 years with respect to the SAAS Service, and any Software and Documentation subject to any law or regulation governing intellectual property.

  • Nothing in the SAAS Service, On-Prem Software, Scenarios, Documentation or other information, results or other Deliverables made available under or in connection with this Agreement are intended to substitute for Customer or health care providers’ independent clinical and business judgment.

  • Third party software included within or incorporated or integrated into the SAAS Service or On-Prem Software may be subject to additional terms, conditions and limitations imposed by the relevant third party licensors (“Third Party Terms”).


More Definitions of SaaS Service

SaaS Service means, as set forth in recitals of the Subscription Agreement, the Xxxx and Primo SaaS Service(s) and any additional SaaS services added by agreement of the parties.
SaaS Service means the online, web-based versions of the Licensed Software provided by Testmo that is subscribed to by Customer pursuant to a Purchase Order, including associated offline components and third party applications. SaaS Services, offline components, and Third Party Applications are accessed as web- based applications unless specifically or otherwise set forth in a Purchase Order.
SaaS Service means software provided by Blackboard as a Blackboard-hosted solution.
SaaS Service means, as set forth in the “Whereas” clauses, the SaaS Service(s) listed on Annex A under the caption “SaaS Service(s)”.
SaaS Service means the hosted online solution provided by Civica, as described in the Order Form, comprising the Software and the Support Services, and the Documentation, as updated by Civica from time to time. Start Date means the date shown in the Order Form when the Software is ready for use in a live environment by Customer and when Support Services start. Support Services means the maintenance and support services for the Software as described in the Order Form. Working Day means 0900 – 1700 hours on a Monday to Friday excluding English public holidays.
