SaaS Services definition

SaaS Services means software as a service consisting of system administration, system management, and system monitoring activities that Xxxxx performs for the Tyler Software, and includes the right to access and use the Tyler Software, receive maintenance and support on the Tyler Software, including Downtime resolution under the terms of the SLA, and Data storage and archiving. SaaS Services do not include support of an operating system or hardware, support outside of our normal business hours, or training, consulting or other professional services. • “SLA” means the service level agreement. A copy of our current SLA is attached hereto as Exhibit C.

SaaS Services means the hosted solution made available by Accenture for Client’s access and use on a subscription basis, as detailed in the Service Order. The term “SaaS Services” includes any modifications, enhancements, additions, extensions, translations and derivative works thereof. The SaaS Services do not include Client Content or any Client-provided third-party software;

Examples of SaaS Services in a sentence

• The Customer shall comply (and procure that its Beneficiaries comply) with all intellectual property laws and obligations related to the Customer Content, as well as all legal duties applicable to the Customer (or any Beneficiary) by virtue of using the Redcentric SaaS Services, including providing all required information and notices and obtaining all required consents.

• If the Customer becomes aware or receives notice from Redcentric that any such access to or use of any Citrix SaaS Product violates any provision of the MSA and/or the SaaS Terms, the Customer must take immediate action to remove any applicable content or to suspend the relevant user’s access to the Redcentric SaaS Services, as applicable.

• By accessing and/or using the Redcentric SaaS Services, the Customer is agreeing, on behalf of itself and all its Beneficiaries and users of the SaaS Services, to be bound by the SaaS Terms.

• The Customer will be bound by the changed Terms if, from the date on which the Terms are changed, the Customer: a continues to access and use Hosting Services, SaaS Services or support services; or b places an Order with Systime.

• The minimum term for Software rentals is as set out in clause 5.8 and the minimum terms for Hosting Services and SaaS Services are as set out in clause 6.17.

More Definitions of SaaS Services

SaaS Services means AvePoint providing Hosted Licensed Property by means of SaaS services so that Customer may access the Hosted Licensed Property via the internet, along with certain support services, as specified in the Agreement and its Amendments.

SaaS Services the provision of the Software and/or Content as a service which is hosted by MRI or its hosting providers and which is accessed by Client via the internet, as more fully described in the SaaS Services Schedule and associated Order Document(s).

SaaS Services means the subscription cloud-based services identified in the Order and that are hosted by WSP or its service provider and made available to CUSTOMER (Group) over a network on a term-use basis, as may be amended by WSP from time to time.
