SaaS Services definition

SaaS Services means software as a service consisting of system administration, system management, and system monitoring activities that Xxxxx performs for the Tyler Software, and includes the right to access and use the Tyler Software, receive maintenance and support on the Tyler Software, including Downtime resolution under the terms of the SLA, and Data storage and archiving. SaaS Services do not include support of an operating system or hardware, support outside of our normal business hours, or training, consulting or other professional services. • “SLA” means the service level agreement. A copy of our current SLA is attached hereto as Exhibit C.

SaaS Services means the hosted solution made available by Accenture for Client’s access and use on a subscription basis, as detailed in the Service Order. The term “SaaS Services” includes any modifications, enhancements, additions, extensions, translations and derivative works thereof. The SaaS Services do not include Client Content or any Client-provided third-party software;

Examples of SaaS Services in a sentence

• Client agrees that Client will and will procure that Authorized Users do not use the SaaS Services in or in relation to any activities involving a country subject to comprehensive economic sanctions (including without limitation Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria or the Crimea region of Ukraine), or involving a Party in violation of such applicable trade control laws, or that require government authorization, without first obtaining the informed consent of Accenture and the required authorization.

• Accenture will comply with all laws applicable to it and its business in providing the SaaS Services, and Client will comply with all laws applicable to it and its business in providing the Client Content and in using the SaaS Services and ensure that the way that it and its Authorized Users access and use the SaaS Services complies with any applicable laws.

• Confidential Information includes, without limitation, specifications, technical literature, financial or commercial information, this Agreement, all content of the SaaS Services including the Software, all Improvements, and the Documentation.

• The Accenture name, the Accenture logo, and the product names associated with the SaaS Services are trademarks of Accenture or third parties, and no right or license is granted to Client to use them.

• Such indemnity shall not apply if the alleged infringement arises from: i) any act or omission of the Customer or due to any violation of this Agreement; and/or ii) a combination of Product and/or SaaS Services with any program, equipment or device not supplied or recommended by SunTec; and/or iii) any customisation of the Product by or on behalf of the Customer; and/or iv) any unlicensed or unauthorised activity carried out by or on behalf of the Customer.

More Definitions of SaaS Services

SaaS Services means AvePoint providing Hosted Licensed Property by means of SaaS services so that Customer may access the Hosted Licensed Property via the internet, along with certain support services, as specified in the Agreement and its Amendments.

SaaS Services means the software as a service and the subscription products and services identified in the Order Form and associated Support.

SaaS Services means the Services performed by Contractor to host the SaaS Application to provide the functionality listed in the Documentation.

SaaS Services the provision of the Software and/or Content as a service which is hosted by MRI or its hosting providers and which is accessed by Client via the internet, as more fully described in the SaaS Services Schedule and associated Order Document(s).

SaaS Services means the specific SailPoint internet-accessible software-as-a-service(s) offering(s) identified in an Order and hosted by SailPoint, its affiliates or service providers and made available to Customer over a network on a term-use basis.

SaaS Services the 8x8 Virtual Office and 8x8 Virtual Contact Center services (whether stand-alone, included in 8x8 Editions, 8x8 X Series, or otherwise bundled with other services), including all components thereof.

SaaS Services means the operation of the Platform by Grass Valley or its subcontractors. For clarity, SaaS Services shall not include software development services of any kind. If purchased, software development services must be purchased under a separate, written contract.
