Safe Harbor Program definition

Safe Harbor Program shall have the meaning provided in Section 16.9(a).
Safe Harbor Program means a Program that meets the requirements of Section 2.02 and IRS Revenue Procedure 2014-35, as the same may hereafter be amended. Need shall be presumed for Assistance provided under a Safe Harbor Program.
Safe Harbor Program means individually and collectively the U.S.-E.U. Safe Harbor Framework and the U.S.-Swiss Safe Harbor Framework developed by the U.S. Department of Commerce in consultation with, respectively, the European Commission and the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner of Switzerland.

Safe Harbor Program means the EU US safe harbor program ratified in the Commission Decision 520/2000/EC of 26 July 2000 pursuant to Directive 95/46/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of the adequacy of the protection provided by the safe harbor privacy principles and related frequently asked questions issued by the US Department of Commerce, including any amendments or re-enactments thereto.
