Safe Service Sample Clauses
Safe Service. 1. Student, District employee, constituent, and Contractor employee safety is paramount and will be the highest priority consideration with Waste Removal Services.
2. The Contractor will not intentionally compromise safety in order to achieve servicing levels defined by the District
3. The Contractor shall immediately inform the District of any District policies or practices that may conflict with safety prioritization.
4. The Contractor shall not intentionally or recklessly perform an unsafe act to achieve Contract or related performance criteria.
