Safeguard Policy definition

Safeguard Policy means ADB's Safeguard Policy Statement (2009);

  • The Borrower shall ensure that no proceeds of the Loan are used to finance any activity included in the list of prohibited investment activities provided in Appendix 5 of the Safeguard Policy Statement.

  • If there is any discrepancy between the Borrower’s laws and regulations, and ADB's Safeguard Policy Statement (2009), the ADB’s Safeguard Policy Statement (2009) shall prevail.

Related to Safeguard Policy

  • Safeguard Policy Statement or “SPS” means ADB's Safeguard Policy Statement (2009);

  • Data Safeguards means the highest industry-standard safeguards (including administrative, physical, technical, and procedural safeguards) against the destruction, loss, misuse, unauthorized disclosure, or alteration of the JBE Data or Confidential Information, and such other related safeguards that are set forth in Applicable Laws, a Statement of Work, or pursuant to JBE policies or procedures.

  • SAP Policies means the operational guidelines and policies applied by SAP to provide and support the Cloud Service as incorporated in an Order Form.

  • Procurement Policy means ADB’s Procurement Policy - Goods, Works, Nonconsulting and Consulting Services (2017, as amended from time to time);

  • R&W Policy means the buyer-side representation and warranty insurance policy as may be issued to Purchaser in connection with this Agreement.
