Safeguarding Information. The Provider will not use or disclose any information concerning a recipient of services under this contract for any purpose not in conformity with state and federal law except upon written consent of the recipient, or the responsible parent or guardian when authorized by law. Insurance: To procure, maintain and provide an up to date copy to H.P.C., throughout the period of this contract, and comprehensive general liability insurance as required by the State of Florida Department of Health’s Contract. To provide evidence of a minimum of one million $1,000,000 per occurrence, $3,000,000 aggregate in comprehensive professional liability insurance for each Early Steps Provider to H.P.C. with this contract and with each policy renewal. Assignments and Sub-contracts: The Provider will neither assign the responsibility of this agreement to another party nor subcontract for any of the work contemplated under this agreement without prior written notification to H.P.C. Any assignment or subcontract for the work contemplated under this agreement must be expressly subject to the provisions of this agreement. In the event of a conflict between the terms of an agreement of assignment or subcontract and this agreement between H.P.C. and Provider, this agreement will prevail. Additionally, any assignment or subcontract does not affect or reduce Provider’s obligations thereunder, which shall continue in full effect to the same extent as though no assignment or subcontract had been made.

Safeguarding Information. Information is one of the Company's most vital assets. Each employee must make every effort to protect Manulife Financial's information from unauthorized disclosure, loss or modification and should report any breach of security to Information Security Office. The Internet is not a secure data network and as such presents inherent security risks. Any information that is generally not available to the public is confidential and must not be transmitted on the Internet, except for legitimate business purposes and must be encrypted prior to transmission over Internet. USER AUTHENTICATION: Employees must adhere to all security requirements concerning Internet access. For Internet access, individuals may have to identify themselves and provide a password. Regardless of the circumstances, passwords must not be shared or revealed to anyone else. To prevent any misuse, individuals must choose passwords that are difficult to guess (for example, not a dictionary word, not a personal detail, and not a reflection of work activities, etc.).

  • Safeguarding Information The CONTRACTOR shall establish written safeguards that restrict the use and disclosure of information concerning Members or potential members to purposes directly connected with the performance of this contract.

  • Establish procedures to ensure that its employees and agents, including any contractors carrying out work on behalf of the Requesting Party or Third Party End Users and/or Downstream Entities, comply with Section V., Safeguarding Information, and provide a copy of the procedures to the Providing Agency within ten (10) business days of a request.

  • The Contractor is expected to comply with these standards as outlined in Rider C - University of Maine System Standards for Safeguarding Information.

  • It is important to note that the existence of this Tier 1 Safeguarding Information Sharing Agreement does not provide partners with a legal gateway or secure an automatic right or obligation to share information with or from another partner.
