SAFETY REGULATION definition

SAFETY REGULATION means any applicable safety law or regulation, or the relevant laws/regulations in Montserrat, or any documented safety requirements notified to the CONTRACTOR by GoM. In the event of any conflict between the aforesaid and the safety regulations of the CONTRACTOR or the specifications of an equipment manufacturer, the conflict shall be referred to GoM for resolution although in the immediate instance the stricter standard shall apply.
SAFETY REGULATION means any and all safety-related judicial decisions, statutes, constitutions, ordinances, resolutions, regulations, rules, tariffs, administrative orders, certificates, orders, or other requirements of any Agency having joint or several jurisdiction over the parties to this Agreement, including, without limitation, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, in effect either at the time of execution of this Agreement or at any time during the presence of Antennas in the Public Right-of-Way.
