SAFETY REGULATION definition

SAFETY REGULATION means any applicable safety law or regulation, or the relevant laws/regulations in Montserrat, or any documented safety requirements notified to the CONTRACTOR by GoM. In the event of any conflict between the aforesaid and the safety regulations of the CONTRACTOR or the specifications of an equipment manufacturer, the conflict shall be referred to GoM for resolution although in the immediate instance the stricter standard shall apply.
