Safety Report definition

Safety Report means a report contemplated in regulation 12;
Safety Report has the meaning given to it in Section 2.3.4.
Safety Report means a report summarising the safety analysis and setting out the measures to be taken to deal with any risks to safety associated with the design, construction, modification, putting into service and operation of the cableway installation, and a list of the safety components and subsystems which are comprised in that installation;

Safety Report has the meaning given to it in Section 2.3.4. EXECUTION COPY
Safety Report means a report from an Independent Engineer certifying that Seller has a written plan for the safe operation and construction (if applicable) of the DR Resource and Project in accordance with Prudent Electrical Practices.
