Sage Technology means images, text, software, music, sound, photographs, video, graphics, applets, Documentation, screen shots, displays, graphical user interfaces and software incorporated into the Service and all copyright, trade secret, patent and patent applications, trademark and other intellectual property rights in and to the Service, including, but not limited to, object code, the underlying source code, algorithms, formulae, data structures, scripts, application programming interfaces and protocols, all inventions (whether patentable or not), know-how, ideas, discoveries, compositions, products, schematics, databases, drawings, designs, samples, models, processes, procedures, data, information, manuals, notes, and any item marked "confidential" or "proprietary”;
