Said Project definition

Said Project means the part of the Whole project being developed on one portion of the Entire Land comprising of flats/Units, shop/commercial units, club house (activity center), parking facility, other amenities and facilities etc. developed and/or being developed and named as “Ashiana Xxxxx- Phase I”.

Said Project means Avidipta –Phase –II being constructed on 2.63 acres of land, being part and parcel of single holding Premises no 401, Barakhola, P.S –Purba Jadavpur, P.O – Mukundpur, Kolkata- 700 099 totally admeasuring about 12.67 acres, fully described in Part B of the First Schedule hereunder written;

Said Project means the HYDE PARK ESTATE, being developed on Said Land admeasuring 225 acres approx., situated at New Chandigarh, (Mullanpur Local Planning Area), District SAS Nagar, Punjab comprising of residential plots/independent floors/ commercial & institutional complex/ convenient shopping centre, school, commercial plots etc. as per the layout plan approved by CTP Punjab or any subsequent/ revised layout plan(s) so approved.

Examples of Said Project in a sentence

• The Allottees, after taking possession, agree(s) to pay the maintenance charges as determined by the Developer/association of Allottees, as the case may be after the issuance of the occupancy certificate for the Said Project.

• Said Project Budget may be revised from time to time, but no Project Budget or revision thereof shall be effective unless and until the same is approved in writing by Project Monitor.

• Maintenance of the Said Solar Power Plant: The Vendor/Promoter shall initially look after and manage the maintenance and operation of the Said Solar Power Plant on the Roof Top of the Said Project and the same as common facilities of the Project for a period of 2(two) years from the date of completion of the said Project and subsequently, the Association on its formation shall look after the maintenance, management and operation thereof as a common facility.

• Grid Connected Roof Top Solar Power Plant Installations Installation as per guidelines: The Vendor/Promoter has installed an Elevated Grid Connected Solar Power Plant at roof top of the Project in accordance with the provisions of MNRE Notification dated 02nd September 2016, WBERC Notification dated 22nd March 2013 and WBREDA notification dated 5th June 2012 for providing power for certain common facilities at the sole discretion of the Promoter at the Said Project (Said Solar Power Plant).

More Definitions of Said Project

Said Project means a Housing Complex comprised of several Buildings including the ‘Said Building’ hereunder in the nature of residential flats/units, car parking spaces and others and collectively named ‘MEENA AURUM’ and in relation to the work of development undertaken and also to be done by the Developer herein and/or any modification or extension thereof till such development, erection, promotion, construction and building of building/s at and upon the said premises be completed and possession of the completed Unit/s / Flat/s /Shop/s / Car Parking Space/s and Others be taken over by the Unit/Flat/Shop/ Car Parking Space purchaser/s.

Said Project means part of the Whole Project, being constructed and developed upon the Project Land and comprising of group housing flats, Common Areas and Facilities of the Said Project, all improvements and structures thereon and all easements, rights and appurtenances belonging thereto and named as “Ashiana Xxxxxx Phase-IV”.

Said Project means the HYDE PARK ESTATE, being developed on Said Land admeasuring 200 acres approx., situated at New Chandigarh, (Mullanpur Local Planning Area), District SAS Nagar, Punjab comprising of residential plots/independent floors/ commercial & institutional complex, convenient shopping centre, school, commercial plots etc. as per the layout plan approved by CTP Punjab or any subsequent/ revised layout plan(s) so approved.

Said Project means part of the Whole Project, being constructed and developed upon the Project Land and comprising of flats, villas (walk up apartment) shops, Common Areas, Amenities and Facilities of the Whole Project to be developed with the Said Project, Common Areas, Amenities and Facilities Reserved for Use of the Residential Apartments to be developed with the Said Project and Common Areas, Amenities and Facilities Reserved for Use of the Commercial Apartments to be developed with the Said Project, all improvements and structures thereon and all easements, rights and appurtenances belonging thereto and named as “Ashiana Advik Phase I”.

Said Project means the 2nd Phase of Whole Project (defined herein- below), being constructed and developed upon the Project Land comprising of Two Tower namely A1 and A2 having 96 Flats, with the Facilities of Said Project (as defined hereinabove), all improvements and structures thereon and all easements, rights and appurtenances belonging thereto and more particularly detailed in Schedule-B attached herewith.

Said Project means the project being developed on the scheduled land and named as “MAYFAIR MAJESTIC”.

Said Project shall collectively mean (a) ‘Ashiana Amarah Phase I (b) ‘Ashiana Amarah Phase I-A’, and (c) Common Areas, Amenities and Facilities of the Whole Project being developed with the Said Project, all being developed on the Project Land.
