Salaries and wages of employees used in meeting cost sharing or matching requirements of the grant must be supported in the same manner as those claimed as allowable costs under the grant.
The budget must include: • Salaries and wages • Fringe benefits • Consultant costs • Equipment • Supplies • Travel • Other categories • Contractual costs • Total Direct costs • Total Indirect costs Indirect costs could include the cost of collecting, managing, sharing and preserving data.
Salaries and wages of employees chargeable to more than one grant program or other cost objective will be supported by appropriate time distribution records.
