  • Employees graded at Salary Point 1 in this Level are recent appointees to the position with generally less than 3 month’s experience.

  • Employees graded at this Salary Point should: ▪ Be assessed as highly experienced in the indicative tasks and key skills defined in the position description.

  • For Limited-Term Members at the rank of Lecturer the value of a Salary Point will be: 2010-11 $784 2011-12 $796 2012-13 $808 2013-14 $820 31.

  • A Member’s Base Salary shall be increased by the value of his or her total Salary Points, as determined by the Salary Point values in Clauses 30 to 30.2 of this Article.

  • The Salary Point values and the number of Members in each Base Salary range shall establish the value of the PLCP fund, and the value of the BSP and DSP funds within it, that are to be distributed in each year.

  • In the event that an employee elects to cancel an IEA, the employee will revert to the evaluated Salary Point of the role.

  • Employees graded at this Salary Point should have completed: ▪ The required on-the-job technical and operational training for the position and be assessed as competent in the core position responsibilities.

  • If your Salary Point and Step is SP7 Step 2 or above, we will make a one- off payment to you of 1% of your annual remunerat ion, calculated using your Ordinary Time Rate of Pay.

  • Posit ions are evaluated and aligned to a Salary Point within t he Salary System, and you will be assessed and aligned to a Salary Step relevant to your skills and experience based on t he position description and progression model.

  • Employees move through the Scales by satisfying criteria for each Salary Point on the Scale.

  • Annual Salary means the salary given under this Part.

  • Salary range is the range of rates between, and including, the minimum and maximum rate currently authorized for the class;

  • Normal salary means the salary that would be paid to a participating employee if that person was not participating in a Plan and includes salary expressed as an annual rate, fortnightly rate, weekly rate, daily rate or hourly rate. It includes all allowances that are paid as an annual rate, fortnightly rate, weekly rate, daily rate or hourly rate but not overtime payments and shift work penalty rates unless they are paid as a component of an annualised rate.

  • Average Monthly Compensation means the quotient determined by dividing the sum of the Employee’s then current Base Salary (as defined in Section 4.1 hereof) and the greater of the most recently paid Incentive Compensation (as defined in Section 4.2 hereof) or the average of Incentive Compensation paid over the three most recent years by twelve.

  • Monthly Base Salary means 1/12th of the greater of (i) Executive’s annual base salary (excluding incentive pay, premium pay, commissions, overtime, bonuses and other forms of variable compensation) as in effect on the date of a Change in Control Termination or a Covered Termination, as applicable, or (ii) in the case of a Change in Control Termination, Executive’s annual base salary (excluding incentive pay, premium pay, commissions, overtime, bonuses and other forms of variable compensation) as in effect on the date of a Change in Control.
