Salary Structure definition

Salary Structure means the Tier I and Tier II Salary ranges specified in 4 Section 6.26.020 A.

Examples of Salary Structure in a sentence

  • This agreement (including Schedule 1) is made on 18 pages and Annexure A (Salary Structure) and may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which when executed shall constitute an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument.

  • Placement of positions within the Job Classification Salary Structure will be determined by the hiring manager, area Vice President, and Executive Director of Human Resources after reviewing the job description and required qualifications.

  • Effective July 1, 2023, all salary levels/ranges of the Student Support Services Staff Union Exempt Salary Structure in effect on June 30, 2023, will be increased by four percent (4.0%) as shown in Appendix A.

  • Effective July 1, 2023, each employee will continue to be assigned to the same salary level and step of the Student Support Services Staff Union Exempt Salary Structure that they were assigned on June 30, 2023.

  • Each labor grade represents an occupational classification or a group of occupational classifications that have been evaluated as having similar weighted values and have therefore been assigned to such labor grades for purposes of administering the terms of the Wage and Salary Structure.

  • The employee will then move to the equivalent pay point in the Base Salary Structure at Appendix A, or another pay point for that classification as determined by the CEO (or delegate).

  • After initial step placement, Salary Structure B (UPO I - UPO IV Salary Structure) will be used to hire new sworn police officers, and to adjust the salary(ies) of any sworn police officer in the bargaining unit upon subsequent job reclassification, acting capacity pay, merit and any Cost of Living Adjustment (COLA).

  • Determination of Salary Structure Salaries Compensation for assignments shall be determined by reference to the compensation schedule attached as Appendix A to this Agreement and salary calculations defined in Section B below.

  • Effective July 1, 2019, all salary levels/ranges of the TESC Exempt Salary Structure in effect on June 30, 2019, will be increased by three percent (3.0%), as shown in Appendix A.
