Sale Agreements definition

Sale Agreements. This Agreement, the Current Excess Servicing Spread Acquisition Agreement for FHLMC Mortgage Loans, the Current Excess Servicing Spread Acquisition for GNMA Mortgage Loans and the Current Excess Servicing Spread Acquisition Agreement for Non-Agency Mortgage Loans.

Sale Agreements means the Purchase and Sale Agreement and the Sale and Contribution Agreement.

Sale Agreements shall have the meaning specified in Section 2.05.

Sale Agreements means the Canadian Sale Agreement and the U.S. Sale Agreement.
