Sale Monies definition

Sale Monies means the monies from the sale of the Delivery Parcel obtained by the Issuer (or its nominee) on behalf of the Investor under the Agency Sale Option, less Break Costs and if applicable Delivery Costs, including brokerage, applicable to the sale of the Delivery Parcel;
Sale Monies means the Electronic Money payable by you to us, in respect of an FX Contract including, without limitation, any Margin. “Security Breach” means: (a) someone other than the relevant Authorised Person knowing or possibly knowing the relevant Authorised Person’s Password; (b) a Password being lost or stolen; or

Examples of Sale Monies in a sentence

  • If you form the view that you do not wish to hold the Delivery Assets after the Maturity Date, you can elect for the Issuer (or its nominees) to sell or procure the sale of the Delivery Assets on your behalf and receive Sale Monies (which includes a deduction for any Delivery Costs) via the Agency Sale Option.

  • The Issuer or its nominees will then pay you the Sale Monies (which includes a deduction for any relevant Delivery Costs associated with the sale).

  • Upon delivery of the Delivery Assets to the Investor in accordance with clause 4.3 of this Section 12 or payment of Sale Monies (if any) to an Investor in accordance with clause4.4 of this Section 12, the Issuer’s obligations to the Investor under these Terms are satisfied in full and discharged.

  • We may ask you for an initial payment of Margin upon entry into the Forward FX Contract and a final balance payment for the remainder of the Sale Monies prior to the Value Date of the Forward FX Contract (please see clause 2 for more details).

  • The Issuer (or its nominees) will then pay you the Sale Monies (which includes a deduction for any relevant Delivery Costs associated with the sale).

  • If you wish to use the Agency Sale Option and receive Sale Monies (which includes a deduction for any Delivery Costs), you need to make this election in the Notice of Maturity.

  • To use the Agency Sale Option and receive the Sale Monies (which includes a deduction for any Delivery Costs), or balance of Sale Monies, (if any) you must return the Notice of Maturity to the Issuer at least 10 Business Days prior to the Maturity Date.

  • The Issuer will transfer the Delivery Assets to Investors as soon as practical but there is a risk they may fall in value by the time they are transferred to Investors.Should Investors prefer to receive their investment return in cash at Maturity, Investors can elect (in the Notice of Maturity) to use the Agency Sale Option and for the Issuer (or its nominee) to sell orprocure the sale of their Delivery Parcel and pay them the cash Sale Monies (which includes a deduction for any Delivery Costs) instead.

  • Disposition Proceeds means, with respect to each Non-Program Vehicle, the net proceeds from the sale or disposition of such Non-Program Vehicle to any Person (other than any portion of such proceeds payable by the Lessee thereof pursuant to the Lease).

  • Intercompany Receivables means all account, note or loan payables and all advances (cash or otherwise) or any other extensions of credit that are receivable by Seller or any of its Affiliates (other than the Company or its Subsidiaries) from the Bank, the Company or its other Subsidiaries.
